摘要
以马克思地租理论为指导 ,阐明市场经济条件下我国林地地租的内涵及特征 :求出零级土地的立地指数等级和各立地等级的年级差地租 ,从总地租中分离出绝对地租和级差地租。
Guided by Marxist land rent theory, under the condition of market economy, the connotation and characteristics of woodland rent in our country are expounded. By calculating site index of zero-leveled woodland, annually differential woodland rent has been separated from absolute woodland rent among total rent.
