摘要
受行为主义和人本主义的影响 ,在外语教学发展的历史上出现了“范例教学”和“个人为本”的教师培养模式。这两种模式或是机械呆板 ,或是放任自流 ,都不能适应现代外语教师的培养要求。建构主义注重人脑对外部世界的解释 ,注重人的认知结构的调整与重组的过程 ,它吸收了人本主义重视人的个性发展的优点 ,为现代外语教师的培养提供了有价值的理论依据。
Based on behaviorism and humanism, model-based approach and human-oriented approach are used in teacher education in foreign language teaching history. However, neither of them could meet the requirement of modern language teacher education, either due to its mechanic skill training approach or due to its ambiguity of educating purpose. Constructivism, with its emphasis on human brain's restructuring and adaptive function towards outside world and the advantage of humanism, provides us with some significant implications for foreign language teacher education.
