摘要
近几年，教育界提出“教育成本分担”的问题以后，高校收费问题受到了社会各界的普遍关注。本文就高校收取学生费用的相关问题进行了初步探讨，具体指出了高校收费的理论意义和实践意义，论证了高校收费的合理性和必要性。在此基础上，对收费标准的合理性问题、学生承受力问题、教育机会均等问题以及高校收取费用的使用管理问题进行了较为深入地分析和阐述，并且指出了这些相关问题中存在的弊端，相应地提出了若干对策和建议。
Education field puts forward the question of 'Sharing responsibility for education cost' recently. Personalities of various circles begin to attach importance to University collecting fees. Article approaches this subject from different angles and particularly points out its theory meaning and practice meaning. Article expounds and proves that collecting fees is reasonable.
