摘要
在校园师生活动较多的10个不同的室内环境进行了空气污染细菌与真菌的调查,结果表明:各场所空气微生物污染的程度不同,污染细菌的种类与数量均多于真菌,多数场所( 90%)污染细菌的数量严重超标,最高的超标达 5.8倍以上,但组成基本相似,革兰氏阳性菌( 37.42%),多于革兰氏阴性菌(12.58%),微生物污染的程度与人口密度、活动量、湿度、通风状况、卫生条件等多种因素有关。
The results of investigation on air microorganisms pollution in room of the winter campus show that air Pollution degree is different in varying room. Bacterium is more than fungus in sort and amount. Air microorgnisms pollution degree is exceed amount limit in the most room, the highest is 5.8 times than microorganism amount limit. The compose is similar,G+ (87.42%)> G'(12.58%), bacillus (57.22%) > coccus(42.78o/o). Air microorganism pollution degree is concerned with people density.activity.umidity. ventilation and hygiene.
