随着全球信息产业的发展，网络已经成为获取大量最新信息的主要渠道，本文阐述了关于高校校园网络建设的目标、原则和总体方案及网络管理系统的实现等几个技术问题。

With the development of global information industry, network has been the main channal of getting a vast amount latest information. This paper expounds such technical matters as the target, principles and general scheme of networks construction in campus of universities and colleges and accomplishment of network management system.
