摘要
进行高校体制改革 ,提高高校办学效益 ,要实行四化 :一是高新技术产业化 ;二是办学规模扩大化 ;三是办学形式多样化 ;四是后勤工作社会化。惟如此 ,才能适应市场经济和社会发展的需求 ,不断提高教学质量 。
In order to better the school-running results and effect in higher education institutions,the author suggests that four things be done,i.e.high-tech be industrialized,scope of school-running be expanded,forms of school-running be diversified and rear service be socialized.
