摘要
中国的高校改革已经进入一个关键时期。资源要素的重新组合将极大地提高高校资源的配置效率和中国高校在国际上的竞争力 ,而高校内部管理体制的创新将最终促使高校建立起全新的运行机制 。
The Chinese university reform has entered a critical period.The amalgamation of the universities will enhance the Chinese university′s status globally and increase the operational efficiency.But the inner management system reform is of far-reaching historical significance,for it determines the foundation of new university operational mechanism.The article argues the past and the future organizational model of the university,such as the organizational procedure designing,personnel diversion and organizational function changing,etc..
