摘要
针对土地整理要解决的问题，提出了土地整理的程序设计和主要模式，并对土地整理的保障措施及应注意的问题进行了初步探讨。
The assignment and oder of the iand consolidetion on the new period are disscussed in this paper, The author puts forward the major moulds of land consolidetion and preliminary analysies the ensuring measure and problem that must be attention which in the working of land consolidetion.
