Practice and Suggestions about Development of Creative Personnel Through Experiment Teaching

深化教育改革 ,全面推进素质教育 ,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力 ,都对实验教学和实验室工作提出了更高的要求。在课程建设中 ,教学实验要独立设课 ,并开展分层次、模块化和以开放形式组织实验教学 ,为培养学生创新能力创造条件。最后对实验教学工作提出了一些建议。

Deepening the educational reform, pushing thoroughly the quality education and developing students' creative spirit and practical ability should be high requirements for experiment teaching and laboratory work. In curriculum establishment, experiment teaching should have thier own courses. The organization of experiment teaching should have different levels and be moulded and completely open for developing students' creativity. This article also put forward some suggestions for the experiment teaching.
