摘要
本文提出了半导体矿物热电结构的概念。以黄铁矿为例提出了热电结构的分类命名,金矿床黄铁矿热电结构系列的实例,广泛的标型意义,热电结构测试方法。
The concept of thermoelectric structure of semiconductor minerals is introduced in
this paper. The nomenclature of its classification is presented by taking pyrite as an exam-
ple. The thermoelectric structure of pyrite from gold deposits, its extensive significance in
mineral typomorphism and the method of its measurement are also presented.
