Crystal structure of the title compound (C_27H_25Cl_2CuN_9O_8) is monoclinic with space group C2/c, a=27. 418(4), b=13. 844 (3). c= 22. 643(4) A, β=116. 32(2)°, V=7704(2) A￣3, M_r=738. 0(1),D_c=1. 272 g/cm￣3, F(000) 3016,Z=8. The structural solution and refinements based on 1400 reflections (I> 3σ(I))converged at R=0.098 and R_w=0.078. The coordinated number of copper(Ⅱ) ion is five with a distorted trigonal bipyramid geometry, the three coordinated atoms N (1).N(31) and N(41) are almost coplanar, the other coordinated atoms N(11) and N (21)are on the two sides of the plane.
