Mr = 857 ,monoclin-ic,space group C2/m,a= 16. 529(4) ,b= 19. 381 (4),c= 12. 616(2) A ,= 102. 32 (1)°,V= 3948(1)A3,Z=4,DC = 2. 88gcm-3,F(000) = 2972,μ(MoKa) = 842cm-1,R= 0. 049. Both ionic bond and covalent bond with mixed valence co-exist in this compound.
