摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板和盘状电泳,分析了兴国红鲤的脑、肝、肌、心、肾、眼六种新鲜组织及血清中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、酯酶(EST)及葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)等四种同工酶系统的酶带及其血清蛋白带。结果表明,不同组织中四种同工酶谱带是不相同的,存在着明显的组织特异性。血清蛋白分析显示雌雄鱼体中蛋白带有显著差别。
The isozymic patterns of four isozymic systems: Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), Malate dehydrogenase (MDH), Esterase (EST) and Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD), in six adult tissues (liver, kidney, eye, muscle, brain and heart)and the serum of the fish, and serum protein were determined by vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The result indicate that the isozymic patterns of four isozymic systems had distinct tissure-spcific expression in the differental tissuses. The serum proteins of fish which was analyzed show that the serum protein pattens of male fish had remarkably different from the famle.
