In today's society, E-commerce is developing at an unimaginable speed around the world. The open and invisible features make E-commerce contracts quite different from the traditional commercial contracts. Undoubtedly, E-commerce contracts have given a challenge to traditional contract law in many aspects such as will discuss come legal problems of E-commerce contracts.
