关于修改和完善支持起诉原则的几点思考

Thinking about Revising and Perfecting the Principle of Supporting Indictment

支持起诉不应作为民事诉讼法的一项基本原则，而只能作为民事诉讼法的一项具体的法律制度；应明确界定支持起诉的现有主体的资格，应将公民个人纳入支持起诉者的范围，对支持起诉者的诉讼地位应细化；适应支持起诉制度应有案件范围的限制。

Supporting indictment shouldn' t be the basic principle of civil lawsuit, but a specific law system. We should definitely determine the mainbody's qualification of supporting indictment, bring personal citizens into the scope of supporting suitors, detail the lawsuit position. There should be the limitation of cases' scope in suiting the system of supporting indictment.
