杂交小麦和纯系品种产量响应的回归与聚类分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用 Eberhart & Russell 模式及聚类分析方法,比较分析了14个冬小麦 F_1杂种和10个纯系(亲本)品种在5种不同地点籽粒产量的基因型×环境互作及其稳定性。结果表明,在基因型×环境互作的模式与性质上,杂交种和纯系品种均主要表现为非线性响应,但互作的程度杂交种明显小于纯系品种。杂交种的产量表现比纯系品种稳定。在产量响应上,纯系品种对有利环境条件的反应比杂交种更为敏感。回归分析和聚类分析法各有所长,综合运用,效果更好。 Regression and cluster analysis were applied to data obtained from a regional test of fourteen wheat(Triticum aestirum L.)hybrids and their ten parents/purelines over five locations to compare environmental responses and yield stabiliy of hybrid and pureline wheat cultivars across a range of environments.The results showed little different nature and patterns of genotype-environment(GE)interaction and significant non-linear responses for hybrids and purelines.The degree of GE-interaction for grain yield,however, was more larger in purelines than in hybrids,indicating that hybrid was more stable than pureline in grain yield.Hybrids were less response to improving production conditions than purelines,with the average regression coefficient of 0.90 and 1.10,respectively.Regression analysis effectively described yield response of individual genotype,while cluster analysis summarized and grouped pes into homogeneous-response clusters according to their actual responses.It genot ywas suggested that the simultaneous applications of Eberhart-Russell's method and cluster analysis in stability studies of wheat genotyes for grain yield should be very effective.
