通过薄层分析和质谱分析确定了2-氯芴-9-羟-9-羧酸甲酯中的杂质为两种,即9-羟芴-9-羧酸甲酯和2,7-二氯-9-羟芴-9-羧酸甲酯。利用气相色谱进行杂质含量的分析,用峰面积归一化方法进行定量计算。此法简便、快速,可及时为合成提供数据。
The quantities of impurities in the methyl 2-chloro-9-hydro- xyfluorene-9-caboxlate can be detected by gas chromatography.Calculation of the quantities was by area normalization method.The impurities are methyl-9-hydroxy fluorene-9-caboxylate and methyl dichloro-9-hydroxy fluoren- 9-caboxylate.The major object of establishing method of detection is to provide relevant data for synthesis.
