摘要
利用灰色关联评估理论 ,提出了“通用量化评测系统”这一新概念 ,为此 ,提出了两个定理和一个推论 。
This paper puts forward a new concept general quantificaton appraisal system by using grey relation appraisal theory. Then proposes and proves two theorems and one deduction for it.
