“Broaden the Course and Cut off the Source”: A Theoretical Model of Seeking for Full-employment Suitable to the Nonagricultural Transfer of Chinese Rural Labor Force

本文依据中国当前农村剩余劳动力非农化转移的经验事实 ,对发展经济学家托达罗的乡—城迁移模型作出反思与拓展 ,从而构建了寻求充分就业的农村剩余劳动力非农化转移的“开流断源”理论模型。据此 。

Based on the empirical fact of the nonagricultural transfer of the Chinese rural surplus labor force,this paper agues with M.P.Todaro on his theoretical model of rural\|urban migration in the developing countries,and establishes a model of “Broaden the Course and Cut off the Source”for the Chinese rural surplus labors,which seeks full employment to the non\|agricultural sections.According to this model,the author put froward two policy suggestions related to the institutional reformation and innovation.
