IL-4/IFN-γ与变态反应 被引量:4

摘要 本文从IgE 抗体生成、FcεRII/CD_(23)表达的调节和Ⅰ型变态反应性疾病的临床治疗方面综述了有关IL-4和IFN-γ等淋巴因子的近期研究进展。IL-4诱导IgE 生成,而IFN-γ是IL-4的拮抗剂,体内IL-4和IFN-γ的产生失衡,可能是Ⅰ型变态反应性疾病IgE水平异常的重要原因。应用IFN-γ治疗此类疾病的临床试验结果有不同报道,本文对有关原因进行了探讨。
