摘要
用共沉淀法制备了 8mol% Ce O2 - 0 .2 5mol% Y2 O3- Zr O2 (8Ce- 0 .2 5Y- TZP)、8Ce- 0 .50 Y-TZP和 8Ce- 0 .75Y- TZP 3种成分的超细粉 ,于 1 50 0°C分别烧结 2、3、6h成形 .8Ce- 0 .2 5Y- TZP的马氏体相变开始温度 Ms在室温以上 ,室温下基本上不具有形状记忆效应 ;8Ce- 0 .50 Y- TZP的形状记忆效应最佳 ,其中烧结 6h的试样最大可恢复应变为 1 .1 8% ;8Ce- 0 .75Y- TZP的形状记忆效应较差 .Ms 与材料的强度密切相关 ,晶粒大小和密度等也有影响 .
Superfine powders with compositions 8 mol%CeO2-0.25 mol%Y2O3-ZrO2(8Ce-0.25Y-TZP), 8Ce-0.50Y-TZP and 8Ce-0.75Y-TZP were prepared by the coprecipitation method and sintered at 1500°C for 2, 3 and 6 hours respectively. 8Ce-0.25Y-TZP having martensitic transformation temperatures (Ms) above room temperature does not exhibit shape memory effect (SME) at ambient temperature. 8Ce-0.50Y-TZP shows the best SME, and the largest recoverable strain of 1.18% in the specimens sintered at 1500°C for 6 hours is attained. The Ms of the materials is closely related to its strength, and other factors such as grain size and density also have influence on the Ms.
