The working principles of coordinating and interactive Tele-teaching system based on Web are introduced.Key techniques in implementing the systems are discussed.Based on the working mechanism of distributed PB application,a way to implement the coordinating and interactive Tele-teaching system by combining distributed PB application and Web techniques is proposed.
