State owned capital,management aimed state capital is a kind of capital which is invested into enterprises by the government and forms in the enterprises.This paper presents that it is necessary to reform the existing state owned capital supervising and managing mode.It analyses the superiority of stock holding campany mode and its scheme carried out in our country,as well as the managcment for stock holding company mode and its managing conditions.
