壳聚糖治疗手足癣的研究

Study on applying chitiosamine to treat tinea manuum and tinea pedis

对壳聚糖的体外抑真菌作用进行了初步观察和研究 ,结果表明 ,壳聚糖对引起手足癣的真菌无明显抑制作用 .

The antifugal action of chitosamine is observed and studied.The results show that chitosamine has no obvious inhibition to the main pathogeny fungi which causes tinea manuum and tinea pedis.Basing on the results,the mechanism of chitosamine's antifugal action is preliminarily analysed.
