概述了电化学沉积研究的发展现状 .介绍了本科研组在电化学沉积和电结晶机理 ,络合剂和添加剂在沉积过程中的作用 ,电化学沉积新工艺和研究方法 ,以及镀层微观结构与性能的关系等方面的主要研究结果 .

Developments and current situation on the studies on electrochemical deposition were outlined. The main investigation achievements from our reserching group were introduced in the aspects such as mechanisms of electrochemical deposition and electrocrytallization, actions of complexing agents and additives on deposition, novel processes and investigation skills on electrochemical deposition and the relationships between microstructure and properties of deposits, etc.
