30年代经济危机是 2 0世纪有重大影响的事件。本文作者从危机根源、经济体制和经济指导思想三方面揭示了危机后资本主义社会的内在矛盾和经济基本特征 ,指出了资本主义国家经济的新现象——国家干预经济是经济规律作用的结果。在分析了两种不同走向的国家经济干预之后 ,指出积极的经济干预是经济健康发展和民众生活幸福的基础 。

The 1930's economic crisis is an event with great impact upon the world in the 20 th century. The article reveals capitalist society's inner contradiction and economic basic feature after the crisis,from three aspects of the crisis source, the economic system and the economic guiding ideology, and points out the new phenomenon of capitalist state economy state intervening economy is the result of economic law's effect. After analyzing two different trends of state intervening economy,the author argus that the positive economic intervention is the foundation of both sound development of economy and happy life of broad masses, and is the main melody of modern capitalist change.
