摘要
研究了鸡冠花红的示波极谱行为 ,并发现NO-2 在稀硫酸介质中对KBrO3 氧化鸡冠花红褪色反应具有强的催化作用 ,作者采用两阶导数示波极谱作监测技术 ,测定了该催化体的表观反应级数及动力学方程 ,建立了催化动力学示波极谱法测定痕量NO-2 的新方法 ,检测限为 2 .8× 1 0 -1 0 g/ml,线性范围 0 .6~ 1 4ng/ml,用于水样中痕量NO-2 的测定 。
A new catalytic kinetic method with second derivative oscillopolarographic detectionfor determining trace amounts of NO - 2 has been developed. The method is based on the catalytic oxidation of amarath by potassium bromide in the diluted H 2SO 4. The detection limit of the method is 2.8×10 -10 g/ml of NO - 2, the linear range of the determination is 0.6~14ng/ml for NO - 2. The new method has been used to determine trace NO - 2 in tap water with satisfactory result. Oscillopolarographic behavior of amarath was studied. The apparent reaction order and the kinetic equation of the catalytic reaction were also determined.
