对 PDM中人员管理模型的特点进行了分析 ,借助面向对象的系统分析法 ,提出了一种采用整体——部分结构的方式来描述 PDM中人员管理模型动态性的方法 ,此法描述机制简单 。

This paper analyses some characteristic of personnel manage model in PDM and puts forward one kind of means on describing dynamic of personnel manage model in PDM by using OO's system analysis and whole\|part structure manner. The structure of this description is simple and does not increase programming complexity.
