Triangulation System Based on Dual Non-diffracting Beams

提出可用于物体轮廓在线抗振测量的双无衍射光束三角测量系统 .系统以双无衍射光束作为测量光束 ,结构简单灵活 .给出了系统结构及原理 ,推导了相关算法 ,并在振动条件下进行了实验 .结果说明 ,该系统能有效地去除振动噪声的影响 .

Dual non diffracting beams based on triangulation system are proposed. This system can be used for in process vibration resistant in profile measurement. In this system, the dual non diffracting beams are used as incident beams. The system structure is simple and flexible. The system structure and principle are introduced. The corresponding calculation algorithms are deduced. The experimental tests under vibration condition are carried out and the results illustrate that the influence of vibration noise has been removed effectively.
