The main factors affecting the rotor oil pump′s volume efficiency have been analyzed theoretically, and the leaky mechanism of the rotor oil pump′s gap is discussed. The paper deals with the rational selection of the inlet groove dimension, the adoption of the two ways of the inlet, the reduction of the leakage of the gap, the development of the manufacturing accuracy and the suitable selection of the diameter of the import and export of oil pipes by specific steps for the development of the rotor oil pump′s volume efficiency. And the experiments have been carried out to show the development of the rotor oil pump′s volume efficiency.
