优化电极场畸变间隙开关动作特性的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 对电极经过优化设计的场畸变间隙开关的可控特性和击穿时延进行了较深入的研究 .结果表明 :当触发电极距下电极的距离为主电极距离的 1/ 4和 1/ 3处时 ,最低可靠击穿电压只有自击穿电压的 5 5 .8%和74.5 % .适当下移触发电极可明显增大可控击穿电压范围 .开关击穿时延受主间隙电压影响较大 。 The triggering feature and break down delay for the field distortion spark gap with optimized electrodes have been studied. The results show that when the distance between triggering electrode and grounded electrode is a fourth and a third of main gap, the lowest reliable breakdown voltage of spark gap is only 55.8?% and 74.5?% self breakdown voltage. Moving triggering electrode down suitably can widen the range of breakdown voltage. The breakdown delay is largely influenced by the main gap voltage, but little by triggering voltage.
