摘要
对三轴曲面NC加工中的干涉情况和现有处理方法进行分析 ,提出了一种干涉检查的新方法 .并在此基础上设计了干涉检查的新算法 .研究结果表明 ,该算法在满足精度和效率的基础上 。
The interference problems and existing methods in 3 axis NC machining of surfaces are analyzed, and a new strategy of interference detection is proposed. The new algorithms are accordingly designed on the basis of interference checking in order to implement the new strategy. The practical needs and efficiency are met at first and then the tool paths of free interference is generated by applying them.
