摘要 In this paper, the realization of diagonal dominance in an uncertain system is discussed. First, the sufficient and necessary conditions are formulated for a deterministic system to realize diagonal dominance. Secondly, the conditions for realizing robust diagonal dominance in the system where exist perturbation are given. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of this method. In this paper, the realization of diagonal dominance in an uncertain system is discussed.
