反复高气压暴露对豚鼠听力和耳蜗组织结构的影响

EFFECTS OF REPEATED HYPERBARIC EXPOSURES ON HEARING AND COCHLEAR MORPHOLOGY IN GUINEA PIGS

摘要 本实验研究探讨了反复“安全”高气压暴露豚鼠皮层听觉诱发电位阀值、耳蜗火棉胶切片、酶组织化学、扫描及透射电镜的变化。结果提示,即使是“安全”的反复高气压暴露,对听力、耳蜗形态、超微结构及能量代谢也有损伤作用、应引起潜水单位的重视。可能的机理是反复加减压的直接作用,也不能排除内耳减压病和耳气压伤的可能性。说明了目前所沿用的减压理论的不完善性和现在所认为的“安全”减压方案的不安全性。 The effects of repeated hyperbaric exposures on inner ear function and morphology in guinea pigs were investigated withauditory electrophysiological testing,histopathological and electron microscopic techniques associated with enzyme histochemi-cal method. The results showed that repeated hyperbaric exposures,though considered'safe',did cause damage to cochlearmorphology,metabolism and hearing.Possible causes of the pathology include direct effects of repeated compression anddecompression on the ear,and the possibility of inner ear decompression sickness and barotrauma can not be excluded.It issuggested that the decompression theory is not perfect and the decompression protocol based on this theory is not'safe'asconsidered.
