摘要
西洋参茎叶皂甙(PQS250、500μg/ml)使培养的Wistar大鼠心肌细胞动作电位的波幅、波宽、阈电位、最大舒张电位、最大除极速度及复极50%水平的动作电位波宽一致减小。实验结果表明,ROS可能具有钙通道阻滞作用。
The experiments showed that PQS (250, 500μg/ml) decreased the amplitude of the action pctential, overshooting, threshold potential, the maximum diastolic potential, the meximum rate of depolarization and the action potential duration at 50% level repolarization of cultivated rat cardiac cells. The results indicate that PQS may have a calcium channel blocking effect on cultivated rat cardiac cells.
