摘要
在Wistar大鼠单个心室肌细胞上记录了B型钙通道的单通道活动。人参二醇组皂甙单体R_(b1)250μg/ml显著抑制B型钙单通道活动,其机制在于使其开放概率减少与开放时间缩短,而对通过此通道的离子流幅度无影响。
Single channel activity of type B Ca2+channel was recorded on single ventricular myocardiocytes of Wistar rats. Panaxadiol saponin monomer Rb1 250μg/ml inhibited the activity of single type B Ca2+channel significantly. The mechanism was that Rb1 decreased the open-state probability and shortened the open time of Ca2+channel, without influencing the amplitude of the ionic current flow through the openning Ca2+channel.
