摘要
本文利用汝铁硼磁片形成均强磁场,观察在0.37T强磁场中S180实体瘤及其带瘤小白鼠的生长状态。结果提示其肿瘤生长受到明显抑制,与对照组比较差异显著P<0.05)。并且观察到0.37TGS强磁场对小白鼠心、肝、肾脏无明显损害。
In this study, we observed the effects of magnetic field on S180 tumor and the growth development of mice implanted with S180 tumor cells. Seven days after exposure to the 0. 37 T strong magnetic field, the growth of S180 tumors were obviously inhibited as compared with the control group, and it was also found that 0. 37T strong magnetic field was harmless to important organs in mice, such as heart, liver and kidney
