开角青光眼(简称开角青)双眼发病是不对称性的。其视野改变也不完全一致。开角青早期,甚至有相当部分病人直至晚期中心视力仍可保持正常。根据国外研究和我们的观察,早期青光眼可出现对比敏感度和色彩分辨的异常;
Macular light threshold of 29 cases with two eyes′asymmetric glaucoma were measuredby Humphrey Field Analyzer-630.The results showed that the threshold of patiends withglaucoma had the tendency of increasing.The macular brightness sensitivity of patients atearly stage of glaucome decreased obviously when compared with normal controls or ocularhypertension,and those with median or advanced glaucoma decreased more.The differencesof threshold in these three groups were all high statistically significant(p<0.001).Itsuggested that the test of macular threshold would play a definite role in early diagnosis ofglaucoma.
