摘要
1987年7月至1990年7月间,连续冠状动脉旁路移植术35例,其中男性28例,女性7例,年龄28～71岁(平均54.2岁)。15例至少发生过1次心肌梗塞。62.9%患者术前心功能为Ⅱ级及Ⅵ级。全组平均搭桥2.46支。无手术死亡。随访时间4个月～38个月(平均20个月)。94.1%心绞痛缓解。远期死亡1例(2.86%),与冠心病无关。
35 consecutive patients undergoing coronary artary bypass grafting were analysed.Among them,28 were males and 7 were females.Ages ranged from 28 to 71 years(mean54.2 years).15 patients had had at least one episode of myocardial infarction.62.9% ofthe patients were in heart function Ⅲ and Ⅳ(NYHA).The number of grafts was 2.46per patient.All of the 35 patients survived the operation.A follow-up of 4 months to 38 months(mean 20 months)indicated that all patientshad remarkable improvement except 2 patients(5.9%)still experiecing angina pectoris.Therewas one late death unrelated to coronary heart disease.
