摘要
本文对氯化钡的免疫毒性进行了研究。结果表明,小鼠经饮水摄入氯化钡1月后,中(10mg/L)、高(100mg/L)剂量组小鼠肝脏有明显病变,脾、淋巴结、胸腺、骨髓、外周血白细胞无明显异常。经conA刺激后,100mg/L剂量组脾淋巴细胞转化率与对照组比明显降低(P<0.05);LPS刺激后,各组间脾淋巴细胞转化率无显著差别。各组脾细胞抗体分泌量亦无显著差别。最低(0.1mg/L)和最高(100mg/L)剂量组腹腔吞噬细胞功能似乎有激活,但与对照组比,统计检验无显著性差异。
The effects of barium chloride(BaCl2)on several items of the immune functions of mice were observed.After the mice had drunk water containing 10 mg/L and 100 mg/L of BaCl2 for one month,evident histological changes of their liver were observed but no remarkable changes were found in the spleen,the lymph nodes,the thymus,the bone marrow and the peripheral leucocytes.In the 100 mg/L group,the transformation rate of the ConA-stimulated lymphocytes of the spleen was significantly lower than that of the control(P<10.05),while no marked difference of the lymphocytic transformation rate of the spleen among different groups was observed after LPS stimulation.There was also no significant difference of the hemolysin levels produced by spleno-cytes between the experimental and control groups.The peritoneal macrophages seemed to be slightly more activated in 0.1 mg/L and 100 mg/L groups than in the control but no statisical significance existed.
