摘要
本方法采用反相离子对色谱法及电化学检测器检测血中儿茶酚胺,方法简单,灵敏度高,进样(标准品)量为20pg时,样品峰高为噪声信号的5倍以上,并且所需分析时间短,8分钟之内可完成全部分离。
A simple and sensitive method using reversed-phase ion-pair chromatography and the electrochemical detector for detection of catecholamines in plasma has been developed. About 20pg of the sample could cause the signal noise ratio up to 5:1, and the analysis would be finished within 8 minutes.
