摘要
“三工”的使用给林业安全生产管理带来一定的难度 ,文中分析了“三工”人员的特点 ,论述了作好“三工”人员安全教育、提高其安全素质的对策。
The employent of the Three Sorts of Workers (i.e temporary workers,contract workers and job (or project) workers) causes some problems in the forest safe production management.The qualities of such workers are analysed and measures to be taken in the improvement of their safety awareness presented herein.
