摘要
目的 了解有机氯农药的环境污染水平和人体蓄积水平。方法 检测了威海市主要农产品 (小麦、玉米、花生、苹果 )中的有机氯农药残留量和人乳中有机氯农药蓄积水平。结果 所调查的 4种农产品中残留有机氯农药的检出率在 0~ 6 0 .0 % ,多数属于痕量检出 ,其最大检出值为国家卫生标准的 1/ 2 8~ 1/ 5。人乳中 6 6 6总量中位数为 2 .2 9mg/ kg(以乳脂计 ) ;DDT总量中位数为 2 .33mg/ kg(以乳脂计 )。分别降为全国 80年代初期水平的 1/ 3和 1/ 5。结论 威海市有机氯农药的环境污染已基本消除 ,母乳中残留的有机氯农药对下一代健康影响不容忽视。
Objective To understand the polluted levels of orgarochlorine pesticides in environment and the accumulative levels in human body Methods The residual levels of organochlorine pesticides in main agricultural products,including wheats,maizes,peanuts and apples,and the accumulative levels of organochlorine pesticides in breast milk were determined in Weihai Results The detectable rates of residual organochlorine pesticides ranged from 0%~60 0% in selected 4 kinds of agricultural products Trace organochlorine pesticides were found in most of the samples of agricultural products The maximum levels of organochlorine pesticides were 1/28~1/5 of the National Sanitay Standards in agricultural products The mediums of total 666 and total DDT were 2 29 mg/kg fat and 2 33 mg/kg fat in breast milk respectively,which declined to 1/3 and 1/5 of the accumulative levels reported in our country during the early stage of 1980's. Conclusion The environmental pollution concerning organochlorine pesticides was basically eliminated in Weihai,the impacts of the residual organochlorine pesticides in maternal breast milk on infants' health couldn't be ignored
