摘要
建立了一种氟离子选择电极测定头发中氟的方法。用 0 .4%乙酸镁 10 ml作为头发中氟的固定剂 ,5 5 0℃灰化 2 h,加入 10 ml TISAB溶液后用氟离子选择性电极测定 ,回收率在 96 .0 %~ 10 1.0 %之间 ,变异系数为 0 .16 %~1.2 0 % ;固定剂中 Mg2 +≤ 2 5 0 mg/ L 对测定不产生干扰 ;取发样 2 g,最低检出浓度为 0 .5 μg/
A modified analytical technique for detecting the fluoride in hair with a selective fluorine ion electrode was established in this assay 10 ml 0 4% magnesium acetate was chosen as fixer of fluorine in hair After 2 hour ashing at temperature of 550 ℃,the residual ash was dissolved in 10 ml TISAB solution to be determined by seletive fluorine ion electrode The recovery rate and coefficient of variation was 56%~101 0% and 0 16%~1 20% respectively The analysis couldn't be interfered by the fixer with a concentration of ≤250 mg/L Mg 2+ The lowest detectable concentration of fluoride in hair sample of 2 g was 0 5 μg/g
