摘要
报道了一种新的测定 NO2 -的高选择性和高灵敏度的催化光度分析法。基于 H3PO4 介质中 ,碘绿与溴酸钾的氧化还原反应受亚硝酸盐的催化使碘绿褪色。据此建立了测定 NO2 -的新方法。本方法检出限为 0 .2 9μg/L,该方法用于地下饮用水、环境标样的测定 ,相对标准偏差为 1 .0 5%~ 4 .80 % ,加标回收率为 95%~ 1 1 7%。
A new high selection and high sensitivity catalytic photometric analysis method of measuring NO\-2\+- is reported, subnitrate is catalyst of the oxidation-reduction reaction between iodine and potassium bromate which can make iodine fade in H\-3PO\-4 medium. Based on which a new method of measuring and determining of NO\-2\+- is set up. The detecting limit of this method is 0.29 μg/L, it is applied to measure and determine underground drinking water and environmental standard samples, whose relative standard deviation is 1.05%~4.80%, recovery ratio after adding standard sample is 95%~117%.
