摘要
通过对钒渣经碱浸和酸浸后 V2 O5回收率的比较 ,确定了应用 H2 SO4 -氟化物浸出工艺可使渣中钒大部分转变为可溶性盐。分别采用 H2 SO4 -NH4 HF2 及 H2 SO4 -Ca F2 浸出工艺从湿冶钒渣中提取 V2 O5,前者较为满意 ,V2 O5浸出率在 65%以上 ,且氟化物可循环利用。
It is determined that vanadium in cinder can change into soluble salt by applying Sulphuric Acid-Fluoride infusion industrial art through comparision of recovery ratio of V\-2O\-5 between pickle and alkali. The infusion industrial art of H\-2SO\-4-NH\-4HF\-2 and H\-2SO\-4-CaF\-2 are adopted separately to extract V\-2O\-5 from wet smelting vanadium cinder, the former is more satisfied. Infusion ratio of V\-2O\-5 is over 65% and fluoride can be applied in a circle.
