目的 探讨盐酸萘乙二胺法在化妆品亚硝酸盐测定中的应用。方法 采用盐酸萘乙二胺法测定化妆品中的亚硝酸盐 ,进行了工作曲线、精密度、回收率等实验。结果 亚硝酸盐量在 0～ 12 .5 μg/ 5 0 ml范围内 ,相关系数 r=0 .9996 ,回收率 97.7%～ 10 0 .2 % ,相对标准偏差 2 .35 %～ 4.5 1%。结论 用盐酸萘乙二胺法测定化妆品中亚硝酸盐简单、快速。
