掺铜可溶玻璃微粒去除海洋原甲藻赤潮生物的研究 被引量:22

摘要 在研究高岭土、蒙脱土、CuSO4 和可溶玻璃粉的基础上提出并研究了掺铜和铜银混合可溶玻璃微粒对赤潮生物的去除。结果表明 ,对于海洋原甲藻 (Prorocentrummicans)体系 ,在含铜可溶玻璃中引入一定量的Ag2 O ,可以减少除藻材料中CuSO4 的用量。由于其具有同时缓释Cu2 + 、Ag+ 的作用 ,用量为 2 .0mg/L时 ,藻细胞的去除率在 12h内可达到 96 .8% ,并维持 7d以上时间藻细胞数目没有明显增加。掺铜可溶玻璃除藻剂较CuSO4 避免了投药过程中易造成局部Cu2 + 浓度过高而伤害鱼类的缺点。 The removal and control of tide algae by a water soluble glass algaecide containing copper were studied. The results shown that the control and removal the red tide algae were effective, The concentration level of copper ions mg/L were gradually eluted from the surface of the algaecide as it was dissolved slowly when it was put into water. The level of copper can kill the red tide algae and keep the level within 7 days. The algaecide containing Ag Cu was obtained by adding Ag 2O to a mixture of water soluble glass component materials. The water soluble glass may include about Ag 2O 1.8%. The removal efficiency of prorocentrum micans was more than 96.8% within 12 hours when the dose of the algaecide was 2.0 mg/L.
