摘要
设定各项污染物在大气环境质量污染损失率评价模型中有相同参数值 ,采用具有全局优化的遗传算法 (GA)对模型中的参数进行优化 ,得出了对各种大气污染物均适用的大气环境质量污染损失率计算公式及大气环境质量综合评价模型。该模型与其他多种评价模型用于大气环境实例进行评价比较 ,结果表明 :该评价方法不仅原理直观 ,评价结果准确 ,而且计算简便 ,实用性强。
Setting the same parameter value for all pollutants in the assessment model of pollution loss rate of atmospheric quality, and optimizing the parameters of model using genetic algorithms with global optimum, the formulae of pollution loss rate of atmospheric environmental quality and the comprehensive assessment model of atmospheric environmental quality suitable to all atmospheric pollutants were proposed. The comparison has been made to this model with other models of assessment in the cases of atmospheric environmental assessment. It is shown that this method is not only of visual principle and reliable results, but also of easy calculation and good practicality.
