摘要
研究以四异丙醇钛 [Ti(iso OC3H7) 4]、异丙醇铝为原料 ,以空心玻璃微球为载体 ,用溶胶 -凝胶法制备可漂浮附载型复合光催化剂TiO2·Al2 O3/beads的过程。用该光催化剂降解有机磷农药 ,并与光催化剂DegussaP 2 5TiO2 光活性进行比较。结果表明 ,附载型复合光催化剂活性显著提高 ,最高光活性为同样降解条件下 ,同样含量DegussaP 2 5TiO2 光活性的 1.4倍 ,且TiO2 ·Al2 O3 组分摩尔比存在最佳值。同时还研究了TiO2 ·Al2 O3/beads对有机磷农药的吸附性 ,并用XRD和TEM对附载型复合光催化剂进行表征。
This paper studies the preparation of TiO 2·Al 2O 3 composite photocatalyst attached to the hollow glass microbeads surface by Sol gel technique using titanium tetraisopropoxide [Ti(iso OC 3H 7) 4] and triisopropyl organophosphorous as material. The photocatalytic degradation of organophosphorous pesticide is studied, while comparing the photoactivity of TiO 2·Al 2O 3/beads with the photoactivity of Degussa P 25 TiO 2. The results show that the best composite photocatalyst produces 1.4 times of photoactivity of P 25 TiO 2, and the mole ratios of TiO 2·Al 2O 3 have the best value. Moreover, the adsorption of TiO 2·Al 2O 3/ beads is studied, and the composite photocatalysts are characterized by XRD and TEM.
